Stop — do not press Confirm Receipt. Hit the Appeal button immediately. This freezes the transaction and sends an alert to AR Wallet's support team. They will review all payment proofs and resolve the dispute in your favour. Confirming an order without actually receiving money is irreversible, so always check your bank balance first.
No. AR Wallet enforces a strict one-user, one-account policy. Duplicate accounts that share the same mobile number, UPI ID or device fingerprint are automatically detected and permanently banned without any prior notice. This policy exists to protect the entire trading community from fraud.
Match speed depends entirely on buyer demand at that moment. During peak hours, orders can match within seconds. During quieter periods you may need to wait a bit longer. You can cancel and relist your order at any time with no penalty for unmatched orders.
UPI screenshots are easy to manipulate and should never be trusted on their own. Always verify payment by checking your actual bank balance or transaction history inside your UPI app. If you suspect fraud, escalate immediately using the Appeal button. AR Wallet's dispute team investigates every case and rules in favour of the honest party.
No — and that is intentional. Offering phone support would open the door to impersonation scams. All customer service is handled exclusively through the official in-app live chat. Our staff will never ask for your UPI PIN, SMS OTP or account password under any circumstance. If anyone calls claiming to be AR Wallet support, it is a scam — block and report them immediately.
